Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through our website by selecting your preferred vehicle and completing the checkout process. Upon successful submission of your order:

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order details.
  • This email serves as acknowledgment of your order but does not confirm acceptance of the purchase until payment is completed.

Payment Terms

To secure your selected vehicle:

  • Full payment must be made within ten (10) business days from the date your order is placed.
  • Accepted payment methods will be indicated at checkout and may include bank transfers, mobile money, and credit/debit cards via our approved payment gateways.

Non-Payment & Order Cancellation

If payment is not received within ten (10) business days, your order will be automatically cancelled without notice.
Important:
Once an order is cancelled due to non-payment:

  • You will no longer be eligible to repurchase or claim the same vehicle at the originally listed terms or conditions.
  • The vehicle will be made available to other interested customers.

Exclusions: Import Duties & Port Charges

Please note:

  • The price listed for each vehicle on our website excludes import duties, port clearance charges, and any related fees.
  • These additional charges will be calculated and communicated separately during the order processing and vehicle importation stages.
  • Customers are responsible for settling these costs prior to final delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations by Customers

If you wish to modify or cancel your order before making payment:

  • You may contact our Customer Service team here .
  • Cancellations after payment may be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Upon receipt of full payment:

  • You will receive a Payment Confirmation Email.
  • Your order will then proceed to the next stage of vehicle importation, processing, and preparation for delivery.

Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
